The holiday home (suitable for 2/3 persons) consists of the lower floor of a 200-year old Canaries style house and has its own entrance. It offers beautiful views of the mountains, the sea and banana plantations. 50 metres from the house is a little beach where you can enjoy a swim all year round and next to the beach is a public swimming pool.

 

Around the interior patio (35 sq.m.) you will find the living room
with a small open kitchen (20 sq.m.) equipped with a refrigerator,
2 electric cooking plates, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine, the bedroom (21 sq.m.) with a large double bed (1.60 x 2m) and a bathroom with shower (there is an extra bed in the living room).

 

LAS AGUAS / SAN JUAN DE LA RAMBLA

 

Las Aguas is a small village on the green north coast
of Tenerife, situated directly on the Atlantic, halfway between
Icod de los Vinos and Puerto de la Cruz.
The quiet village is unspoilt by tourism, little has changed here.
It is the ideal place for an alternative holiday, and a good starting point to get to know the magnificent landscapes of the island.
There are 2 fish-restaurants and a very old Bodega with
good local wines. In the upper part of the village
- San Juan de la Rambla - you will find a bank, supermarket,
chemist and a few little shops.
It is recommended to hire a car.

 

Price per day for 2 persons - 56 Euros
Third person per day - 16 Euros. Children till 10 years old - 6 Euros.
Final cleaning - 35 Euros.
Blankets, sheets, towels etc. are provided
Check in after 15.00h, check out before 10.00h.

If you are looking for a house with a capacity of 4 to 8 persons, I can offer you 2 houses. One is situated opposite Casa Cantito. It is an old village house with 2 bedrooms.The sea is 50 metres away and there is a banana plantation on the other side.

The second house is 5 minutes away, in the village of San Juan de la Rambla. It is a huge 17th century Canarian house (350 m2). It has 100m2 of terrace and garden and several large rooms (50m2) with wooden floors, something really special. If you wish I can send you details and photos by email.
